Head Designer — Yao

Yao was immersed in a creative environment from a very young age. Her mother is a writer, and her father being a developer architect and a photographer, with this upbringing, instilled in her a deep appreciation for aesthetic arts. Growing up with a strong exposure to Chinese traditional garden architecture, she developed a unique skill in blending classical and modern design elements seamlessly.

She moved to Perth, Australia as a teenager. This new cultural environment sparked her interests in Western home design. Through her studies in interior design, she honed her ability to explore the relationship between individuals and their living spaces. Her work emphasizes creating designs that fulfill clients’ objectives while maintaining a balance of artistic aesthetics, achieving harmony in her creations.
